Play Store listing in progress

Mahatta

Smart location arrival alarm

Overview

Mahatta (محطة) is a practical arrival-alarm app: it alerts you before you reach your station or destination so you do not sleep through your stop. Play Store listing is in progress.

What I built

  • Destination and custom geofence radius; background location tracking with zone-entry notifications.
  • Destination groups that can be organized and toggled. Battery-conscious tracking as a design concern.
  • Flutter Riverpod UI; Kotlin foreground service and MethodChannel / platform channels that keep working when Flutter is not running.
  • Arabic / English localization. 126+ unit, widget, and automated tests.
